Before a single ticket was sold, the instant win positions were generated at random and sealed, so nobody knows which tickets will win them. The method for picking the grand prize winner was sealed too, but the winner can't be known until the competition closes. Afterwards everything is revealed, so anyone can check nothing was changed. The verification page lets you check it yourself.
